Investing in Excellence—From Nashville to Raleigh and Beyond
Tammy Grace, LE, and Jennifer Tilley, RN, traveled to Nashville, TN, March 15-17, 2025, for Inmode’s MasterClass in Morpheus8 (radio frequency-based microneedling) techniques. These newly introduced protocols allow the provider to personalize and tailor the patient’s experience to his or her body type, skin tone, and goals. It’s so much more than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
On March 22 nd, Dr. Robinson secured Galderma’s injection trainer, Catherine Gillon, to offer Jennifer Tilley a five-hour, one-on-one hands-on training in full facial rejuvenation and “facial
balancing” techniques. T
Jan Sizemore, BSNRN, and Tori Manning, LE, traveled to Raleigh the weekend of March 28-30 to attend a Cartessa user’s event. They both enjoyed sampling new services and products while
also reinforcing their knowledge of our Cartessa CO2 laser, the Helix, our Motus AZ+ laser for pain-free hair removal, vascular lesion reduction, pigmented lesions, and other skin concerns. Last but not least, they underscored their understanding of the Glimpse Skin analyzer, which we employ in skincare consultations and treatment plans.
On April 29th, Dr. Robinson and Jennifer Tilley were invited to attend a Galderma injectors’ meeting with nationally renowned trainer, Heather Rypin, where she addressed new filler and Sculptra techniques. Jennifer doubly benefited from the experience as they used her as one of the models.
On May 15th, all four providers attended the ZO Event in Charlotte, where they heard nationally renowned speakers address “Skincare through each decade”. They returned enthusiastic to apply new or modified protocols and skincare products to their regimens.
Dr. Hilton and Nurse Practitioner Megan Wolff will attend Inmode’s users’ meeting in Charlotte, NC, the
weekend of June 7th. They are particularly enthused about the Saturday afternoon topics of Women’s Health issues as impacted by the Morpheus8V intravaginal procedures.
Remember, this is only the first half of the year. There’s always more to come. We are always striving for excellence.
