How Does Derive Work?
Derive Hair Restoration is a scalp microneedling procedure for men or women where micro injuries are made in the areas of concern, usually the thinning crown or temple areas. Derive serum is then applied to the treated areas and massaged.
Upon completion of the procedure, the Derive Daily Hair Support System allows for continuous support to help nourish the skin and scalp and improve the appearance of thicker, fuller hair. Unlike other products, the Derive serum is 100% natural, hormone free, and made from plant factors.
The 60ml take-home dropper can help supplement the in-office treatment for continuous, uninterrupted support. Applied twice daily for one month, Derive is easy to apply and easy to use. It helps nourish and hydrate the scalp, for healthier looking hair.
Derive Hair Restoration FAQ'S
- There is minimal discomfort after the numbing agent is applied. Some patients will experience mild redness and discomfort in the treated areas after the treatment, but these side effects should go away quickly.
- The results are seen within 3-4 months.
- Initial treatment is typically needed once per month for 4 months.
- Repeat it every 6 months to a year.
- Keep stimulation long term along with other medical modalities like nutrafol to support hair growth.
- Given that hair grows in different cycles and has approximately a 30-day lifespan, hair loss is a constant, ongoing problem.
- No one modality will “cure” hair loss but several together will produce the most significant benefits.
